A Message of Hope to People who are Entrapped in Psychological Abusive Circles.

There is a way to break free from entrapment patterns of psychological abusive relationships.

One thing we know for definite is;

If you have been subjected to somebody else's projection of abuse in the workplace, you will get absolutely nothing from a perpetrator of psychological violence (bullying) only profound hurt and pain. Their ability to inject cruelty has no limit. Trauma has no limits until you say STOP and develop self-awareness to not tolerate someone else's abusive behaviour.

You can develop self-awareness to recognise the Red Flags, Understand the Dynamics of abusive behaviours and Assert your Right to Safety.

"If you have been touched by malevolence as part of the external conditions of existence ... and its more a reflection of the structure of existence" Jordan Peterson

Someone without your permission has strategically targeted you and selected you for their campaign of cruelty. One of the main tactics of abusers is Coercive Control.

Coercive Control

Coercive control is a pattern of psychological tactics carried out by perpetrator(s) that refers to the non-physical tactics of violence including mindgames, gaslighting, grooming, sabotage, manipulation, humiliation, deception, control, terror, threats and annihilation.
